1.Does Rainbow Hippon have a maintenance service?

Rainbow Hippo provides maintenance services. If you purchase any product in our store, you can enjoy free maintenance within 12 months from the time of receipt; for any period exceeding 12 months, the maintenance fee will be charged based on the actual situation. The maintenance period is generally 30 days. (Outside the scope of warranty: Deformation of the product due to external factors; products cannot be repaired due to loss of special customised stones; damage found after receiving the products due to acceptance without unpacking and inspection, product damage due to improper packaging of returned products, etc.)

 

2.How can I get my logistic information?

Currently domestic direct mail has been confirmed, and the specific logistics company and postage are to be confirmed.

 

3.How long can I get my items returned？

Rainbow Hippo supports 7 days unconditional returns or exchanges. If you have any questions after receiving the products, please contact customer service to communicate your return or exchange requirement within 7 days upon receipt. Please keep the original packaging of the product intact and return it to the designated address provided that it does not negatively affect the reselling of the product. The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

 

4.Should I inspect my items before accepting it?

In order to protect your rights, valuable products need to be unpacked and inspected on the spot. It is recommended that you inspect the product before accepting it.

 

5.What are the materials of my jewelry?

Rainbow Hippo's jewelry is all hand-finished, mainly made of high-quality 925 silver, high-quality brass and other metals. It is not very likely to fade when worn and maintained properly. In the meantime, it is also recommended that you must avoid putting the product into direct contact with water, cosmetics, perfumes and other chemicals. Please also remember to take off the jewelry before shower or bath.
